Minimum opening orders are $600 for new customers. Existing customers must have a minimum order value of $300
Payments may be made by direct deposit or credit card. You may apply for account after three orders within one calendar year.

Product availability is based on stock-on-hand and product exclusivity; therefore, items may be removed from the order between receipt of order and invoicing.
Out of stock items will be placed on back order. Standard freight charges are free within Australia. Interantional orders are duty paid. You may cancel your back order at any time.
Every endeavour is made to pack and dispatch customer orders promptly. It is the onus of the customer to check that all cartons are accounted for and in good condition before signing for the delivery.

The Verdant Heat reserves the right to change prices and product specification at any time without prior notice.
Every effort has been taken to display, as accurately as possible, product descriptions, dimensions and colour finishes on the site. The actual colours may also depend on your monitor.
We do not allow goods to be sold on Amazon, Ebay or other 3rd party platforms.

Product zipcode/postcode exclusivity can be applied for a period of four months. Exclusivity does not apply to online stores, collectives or markets.
Goods found to be damaged on delivery must be advised within seven (7) days of delivery of goods and all claims must be accompanied by a photograph.
